Lion Media is a marketing team founded by CEO, Jessica Lion, in 2017. Her experience and expertise, and that of her team provide a broad understanding of marketing and public relations in today’s highly competitive entertainment industries and niche markets.

Jessica Lion’s business partners are two powerhouse professions in the corporate entertainment and music businesses. Tom Tanno and Stacy Nupoff have decades of experience in their respective fields with Tom in film, television and consumer products publicity, and Stacy with national and international mainstream music industry promotion and public relations.

Jessica Lion is the founder and CEO of a PR and marketing company, Lion Media LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona, where she was born and raised. She is a graduate of The Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences where she studied audio engineering and post-production in 2008. Following respectable growth within the music industry, her career in PR transpired when she was asked to join the Briggs 4 Kidz foundation; A non-profit organization founded by Chicago Bears Linebacker, Lance Briggs. Jessica Lion was later introduced to the film industry as a PR and Marketing Coordinator when she joined Sun Studios of Arizona; A multi-faceted production facility based in Tempe, Arizona. In March 2018, Ms. Lion was introduced as Associate Producer of an independent thriller/horror film titled The Unhealer, and co-founder of Arizona Filmrise; A production coordination company which focuses on the growth of film projects within the state of Arizona.
Tom Tanno has marketed, publicized and promoted films, series, and miniseries for numerous television and independent film companies. He has worked with a variety of producers and directors including legendary filmmaker John Frankenheimer. For Frankenheimer, he helped strategize and execute successful marketing and media relations campaigns for the acclaimed director’s Emmy and Golden Globe award-winning television films and miniseries, Against The Wall, The Burning Season, Andersonville and George Wallace. Tanno has worked on films, miniseries and series for NBC Television, ABC Television, PBS, Home Box Office, Turner Network Television, Showtime Networks, Fox Broadcasting and MGM Worldwide Television and independent feature films for Alliance Communications and Unapix Filmed Entertainment. While helping to create media relations campaigns and talent publicity tours, Tanno has also served as unit publicist on sets and locations around the world -- generating and coordinating critical day-to-day publicity, supervising stills photography, gallery photography, EPK & Behind-the-Scenes camera crews, print and electronic media as well as gathering and writing production notes, feature stories, press kit materials and servicing social media.
Stacy Nupoff established her early career as an event planner for major festivals and concerts while applying emphasis on working closely with musicians. Being the daughter of a reputable producer who orchestrated Irish/Scottish festivals and concerts based in California, Stacy steered away from entertainment based opportunities momentarily to pursue a career in Law Enforcement. Mrs. Nupoff graduated at the top of her class with a degree in Forensics and Criminal Studies, receiving the opportunity to work with one of the nation's largest multi-jurisdictional drug task forces. Upon spending ten years in law enforcement, Stacy reunited with the entertainment industry where her true passion resonated. Stacy Nupoff has had the pleasure of working for CBS Radio, KFWB, KRTH, KROQ, KSLX, and others in the market, honing her skill set in sales, marketing, promotions, and production. She received the position of Special Events Manager for the Carefree Resort after being welcomed into the state of Arizona. This position lead to many opportunities including private party management, wedding planning, and organizing concerts that featured national touring artists. Following Mrs. Nupoff's departure with the resort, she graciously accepted her role as a Talent Buyer and Public Relations Manager for one of Arizona's largest concert promoters. Stacy has worked with some of the biggest agents and venues in the nation to bring touring artists to their venues. Some of these artists include KORN, Buckcherry, Tony Bennett, Heart, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, The Scorpions, Megadeath, Fitz & The Tantrums, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, Jean Luc Ponty, Bruce Hornsby, Everclear, Roger Waters, Regina Spektor, Tori Amos, Brian Setzer, Steve Vai, and many more!
